Sophie advises on a range of property law and agribusiness matters across Australia, whether as standalone matters or in conjunction with M&A deals, including:

• acquisitions and disposals of commercial, rural, industrial and residential property;
• retail, rural, industrial and commercial leasing;
• due diligence;
• water acquisitions, leasing and tenders;
• FIRB advice for land acquisitions;
• titling and body corporate matters; and 
• adjistment agreements.

Sophie takes a practical approach in drafting and negotiating for her clients and focuses on delivering timely advice while securing the best possible commercial terms for her clients.  She takes pride in developing long term relationships with her clients and assisting across their full property portfolios.
