Associate

Sheena is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and general corporate advisory.  Sheena has experience working with both public and private companies at various stages of the corporate lifecycle, ranging from start-ups to ASX listed entities.  As a key member of the corporate key, she is committed to building rapport with clients and achieving results in an efficient and commercial manner.

Sheena holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Justice (Criminology and Policy) with Distinction from the Queensland University of Technology and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
