Pravneel is a lawyer in Talbot Sayer’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and advises clients in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency.

Working with directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, SMEs and large corporates, Pravneel provides tailored advice to assist clients achieve their best possible outcome.

Pravneel understands that time, costs and the stress of litigation can be a distraction from his client’s core business.

Where possible, he utilises alternative dispute resolution to help clients achieve solutions in a time and cost-effective manner. Pravneel has also appeared on behalf of clients in State and Federal Courts.

Before commencing at Talbot Sayer, Pravneel worked as a Senior Associate at Hamilton Locke in its litigation, restructuring and insolvency team.
