Lornagh Lomax

Lornagh is a commercial and intellectual property lawyer with particular experience in IP strategy, protection and commercialisation (including in copyright, trade marks, domains, designs and patent commercialisation). She also advises on commercial contracts, Australian Consumer Law, privacy law, therapeutic goods, trade promotions and has experience running IP due diligences. Prior to specialising in IP, Lornagh worked in corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions.

Lornagh has acted for a broad range of clients, from start-ups through to publicly listed companies, in a number of industries. These industries have included: creative industries, government, life sciences, technology, leisure and travel, agribusiness, fashion and e-commerce.

Lornagh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Creative Writing and Literature) from Griffith University and a Juris Doctor (First Class Distinction) from Bond University. Lornagh is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Lornagh worked at McCullough Robertson Lawyers.
