Principal

Livia heads up our debt finance practice and has a wide range of banking and finance experience across multiple jurisdictions (Australia and UK), with a particular focus on acquisition finance and fund finance.  Livia is also very experienced in property financing, specialising in hotel financings, portfolio financings and acquisition financings of commercial real estate.  

Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Livia was a special counsel at the Sydney office of a leading international firm, and prior to that, spent 7 years practising in the UK at a leading international firm and a leading US law firm. 

Livia also spent over 3 years working in-house at a big 4 bank prior to her career in private practice, and this experience (combined with her various experience over a broad range of matters) means she is well placed to understand and focused on achieving the desired commercial outcomes for her clients.
