Giuseppe is an experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer who strives to achieve commercial, cost effective and pragmatic outcomes for clients.

With over 15 years’ experience, he has been involved in high value, contentious and complicated disputes for a wide range of clients including banks, lenders, insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, shareholders, directors, and government entities.  This includes complex commercial disputes, debt recovery matters, and insolvency litigation in District, Supreme and Federal Courts (including in appellant jurisdiction).

Giuseppe is known for helping clients find sensible outcomes to disputes and regularly assists with resolving matters out of Court (particularly via mediation).

Before commencing at Talbot Sayer, Giuseppe worked as a Special Counsel at an Australian top tier law firm in its litigation and insolvency team.
