Georgia is an experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer whose focus is on providing practical advice to her clients and working with them to develop and implement strategies that appropriately respond to the various challenges that arise in the workplace.

Georgia has experience in all aspects of employment and industrial relations law, advising clients in both the private and public sector across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, transport, mining, construction, automotive, technology, power and utilities, retail and wholesale, air services, hospitality, tourism and recreation, healthcare, childcare and education, aged-care, and professional services.

Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Georgia worked within a highly regarded, specialist employment and industrial relations law firm in Brisbane.
