Amy assists clients with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, negotiating and completing complex transactions, as well as advising on regulatory and compliance issues.

Graduating from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in accounting), Amy is admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland.

With a background in tax, Amy offers a unique perspective to assist clients, including with the structuring of transactions.  Amy has experience working for clients across a variety of industries and of all sizes, from international corporate groups to family businesses and sole practitioners.

Amy has been recognised as a rising star for corporate and commercial law in Queensland in 2022 in the Doyle’s guide to the Australian legal profession.  Amy has also been recognised as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 Awards for commercial law.

Amy is a diligent lawyer who focuses on both technical and commercial issues for clients.
