Alistair is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance. 

Alistair has advised financial sponsors, listed and unlisted businesses alike on a number of large and complex transactions spanning a wide range of industry sectors including the financial services, software, construction, real estate, publishing and consumer goods industries.  Alistair is passionate about getting the deal done and achieving the best outcome for his clients. 

Alistair holds a Bachelor of Laws (with first class honours) and a Bachelor of International Studies (with distinction) from the University of New South Wales. 

Prior to joining Talbot Sayer, Alistair worked in London for several years at Travers Smith, a leading law firm focusing on private equity transactions.  Alistair has also worked at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney.
